If you’re here, you probably have some questions. Many common questions can be answered by reading through the store policies below, or by looking at our FAQs, but if your question is not answered here- feel free to contact us!
Shipping Policies
Shipping within the US will be through USPS unless specified differently by customer. If a customer requests a different method of shipping, prices may vary from standard charged and will be billed separately. For any other shipping methods or international shipping, please use the “Contact Us” option to discuss potential alternatives, such as UPS, FedEx, and more.
International Shipping- International shipping is available, but will require more information from the buyer due to individual countries’ customs and package policies. If I am unable to ship to your county due to package import restrictions (for example: due to COVID-19), I will reach out about potential alternatives. In any international shipping case, please use the “Contact Us” option, and have the information on the piece(s) you wish to buy available, as well as the address or country you would like them to be shipped to. This will help to determine the most cost effective way to get your pieces to you!
All shipping, including (and especially) international shipping, has gone up drastically in price recently, and this increase in shipping costs will be passed onto customers. I cannot control the price of shipping, I can only relay it to the buyer as-is. I appreciate your understanding.
General Store Policies
We reserve the right to discontinue service to any customer(s) at any time for any reason. I will always strive to create a welcoming environment for all people on my site, and in the mineral community as a whole. If you have any concerns about my products, external links, articles, or the site in general, do not hesitate to contact me at any of the ways in my “Contact Us” section of the site. That being said, please be polite. I am perpetually learning, and while constructive feedback is welcomed, malicious or hateful comments will not be tolerated. I am only one human person, and so I make mistakes sometimes. Please allow me to learn and grow from my mistakes.
Return Policy
Returns are welcome up to 30 days after receipt of an item. For any returns, exchanges, or issue with a purchase, please contact us ASAP. If an item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us with pictures of the damaged item within five business days of delivery for a refund or replacement item. For an undamaged item, a refund will be given upon return of the item. Return shipping for undamaged item returns and exchanges will be paid by buyer, and buyer is still responsible for initial shipping cost, as that service is separate and out of our control.
Items marked “Last Chance” and surprise box items are not eligible for return.
Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
This website was created using Squarespace, and follows their Terms of Use and Privacy Policies. In addition, the management of Heart of Stone Minerals reserves the right to place a ban on any customers deemed to be harmful to the site or its employees. In short, be a kind and decent person and we’ll get along fine.
